You don't need to be an expert—just someone willing to guide:

2+ years of industry experience in software engineering

Passion for teaching and helping others learn

Patience, empathy, and good communication skills

Commitment to student growth and success

Fair compensation: We're starting out, so it's not free work. There will be renumeration—we'll discuss details during onboarding as we're still figuring things out.
